SINGLE PROCESS
The best base for color starts with a shiny, healthy hair. This includes a retouch and application of one color or gloss from roots to ends. Time: up to 90 mins

CANCELLATION POLICY

We reserve your sessions just for you and ask that if you must cancel or reschedule, that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your session, our Daymakers miss the opportunity to fill that time; and clients waiting next miss the opportunity to receive services.

We understand that unavoidable issues can arise and we will do our best to work with you in the event of an emergency, etc. However, when last minute cancellations or ‘no shows’ become a habit, you will be charged a cancellation fee.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved session(s) value.
“No Shows” will be charged 100% of service amount.
Any service(s) with a value over $150 not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A credit card "HOLD" transaction may be made on your credit card to reserve the session time.

As a courtesy, we do call at least 24 to 72 hours prior to confirm your reserved session. If we are unable to speak to you and only leave a message, or cannot reach you at all, please understand it is your responsibility to remember your reserved dates and times in order to avoid missed sessions and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call and confirm any reserved sessions.
